Building Web3 Products in a Centralised World

Web3 is open, but it talks to itself. Oluwatosin Amusan (Product Lead, Payourse) and Jennifer Echenim (Senior Frontend Engineer, Nestcoin) on building web3 products inside a centralised world: open source and ownership, switching costs, why web3 people speak as if everyone already understands them, and what it is like to learn the space from scratch — like learning to read and write again.

The lesson for anyone crossing over from web2: without people and a community around you, you get swamped and drop it. With them, what you read starts to make sense.
